Q&A
CAN WE OFF ROAD IN THE JEEP?
The Jeeps are trail ready and ready to take on all the trails of the area to get you to your scenic destinations. The Jeeps are not built to off-road under extreme conditions for the intention of fun and thrills. If that's what you are seeking we suggest a UTV as they are better designed for that type of use. There are UTV companies in the area that provide that type of equipment, just let us know if you'd like information for them.
DO I NEED MY OWN INSURANCE TO DRIVE?
You need either full coverage insurance for your own automobile or use a major credit card that offers rental car coverage. You are liable for any damages incurred while renting the vehicle.
Comprehensive insurance does normally cover car rentals, and some major credit cards also do.
Feel free to check with your insurance to verify what's covered and what's not.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for a refund of the deposit minus a $10 service fee. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made after 7 AM the day prior to the rental start date will result in a 1 day rental charge - NO EXCEPTIONS.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Dogs are allowed for a cleaning fee. The fee is $50 minimum plus $35 per hour for every hour it takes to remove the hair/dirt from the pet. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be bringing your furry friend.
WHAT TIME CAN THE JEEP BE PICKED UP?
Jeeps are available for pick-up after 8:00 AM. If you plan to pick your Jeep up after 10:00 am, please let us know and we'll be ready for you. We also have an early pick-up option to pick your Jeep up the night before, you can add this option at check out.
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Normal dirt and sand from visiting off-road destinations is acceptable.
We do not require the undercarriage to be cleaned. However, visible mud buildup on the sides of the vehicle or in the wheel wells should be removed. Excessive mud or heavy dirt inside or on the exterior of the vehicle can be very time-consuming to clean and may result in a cleaning fee of up to $100 if required.
Typical mud-cleaning fees, when not handled by the guest, range from $25–$35.
WHERE IS THE PICK-UP LOCATION?
Jeep can be picked up at 850 W Vista Ave Page, AZ 86040. Big Blue Building

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CAMPING SUPPLIES?
No! We can provide them for you if you'd like. We currently offer ice chests as add-ons to the Jeep rental, you can do this when checking out. If you would like to know about sleeping bags, firewood, solar showers, portable heaters, portable toilets, flashlights, headlamps, anything you can think of, just let us know! We're camping experts, if we don't have it available, we can get it for you!
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR SNOWS?
Page and the surrounding area sit in a high-desert climate, where prolonged all-day rain or snow is uncommon. Weather systems here tend to move through quickly, and it’s rare to experience continuous poor conditions for an entire day.
Even when weather does roll in, our Jeeps are fully equipped for variable conditions and can safely handle rain, snow, and muddy roads when travel is appropriate. In many cases, these conditions actually create unique scenery—dramatic skies, deeper colors in the rock formations, and quieter, more memorable experiences in the backcountry.
CAN I LEAVE MY VEHICLE AT YOUR LOCATION?
Yes. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicle at our location for the duration of their trip. Parking spots are clearly signed and easy to find directly in front of the building.
